Rule 59
Rights and Responsibilities of Joint Shareholders
The joint shareholders shall enjoy the benefits jointly and if none of them remain shareholders, the rest shall be deemed to enjoy them jointly. They shall be jointly liable for the amount to be paid in respect of that share and other amounts. Any one of them can give the receipt of the dividend or other money received by them for that share.
